# Activity Requirements

All staff members are expected to remain consistently active within the server, Discord, and staff-related responsibilities. Staff activity includes handling reports, assisting players, responding to tickets, monitoring the community, and contributing positively to the server environment.

Simply being online or sitting in staff channels DOES NOT count as activity. Staff members are expected to actively assist the community and complete responsibilities associated with their role.

If you are going to be inactive for any extended period of time, you are expected to contact server ownership or management beforehand. Failure to communicate inactivity may negatively impact your staff position.

Repeated inactivity, lack of contribution, avoiding responsibilities, or consistently failing to assist the community may result in warnings, demotion, or termination from the staff team.

Management reserves the right to review staff activity at any time to ensure all staff members are contributing appropriately to the server.
