# Promotions & Terminations

Staff promotions are earned through professionalism, maturity, consistency, activity, leadership, and overall contribution to Brick City RP. Promotions are based on performance and trust within the staff team — NOT favoritism, friendships, or time spent holding a position.

Staff members MAY NOT ask for promotions, pressure management for rank increases, complain publicly about promotions, or compare themselves to other staff members regarding advancement opportunities.

Management reviews staff performance regularly and reserves the right to promote staff members when they are believed to be ready for additional responsibilities.

Staff positions are privileges, NOT guaranteed roles. Management reserves the right to demote, suspend, or terminate staff members at any time if expectations are not being met.

Reasons for termination may include:

* Repeated inactivity
* Abuse of permissions
* Bias or favoritism
* Poor professionalism
* Mishandling situations
* Toxic behavior
* Leaking staff information
* Failure to follow staff expectations
* Negatively impacting the server or community
