Punishments should ALWAYS match the severity of the situation and remain consistent across all players. Staff members MAY NOT issue punishments out of anger, personal issues, favoritism, or bias.

Warnings should be used for smaller situations when appropriate, while repeated or severe violations may result in harsher punishment.

Major punishments MUST include proper evidence and reasoning. Staff members MAY NOT punish players without context or valid proof.

Abuse of punishment permissions, careless handling, or repeated false punishments may result in disciplinary action, demotion, or termination from the staff team.
