# Support Team Expectations

Support Team members are expected to assist players with general questions, support requests, and basic community issues professionally and respectfully.

Support members MUST remain patient, helpful, and unbiased during all interactions. Support staff MAY NOT abuse permissions, create conflict, or provide false information to players.

Support Team members are expected to direct serious reports, punishments, or escalated situations to higher staff members when necessary.

Failure to meet expectations, repeated inactivity, poor professionalism, or abuse of permissions may result in disciplinary action or removal from the staff team.
